How an airport transfer company stopped quoting by hand
Operating across 100+ cities, every enquiry was priced manually and nothing moved after 10pm. Here's what changed.
The LFC Journal · Case Studies
These are real client case studies of the projects we've shipped — what the business looked like before, what we changed, and what moved after.

Operating across 100+ cities, every enquiry was priced manually and nothing moved after 10pm. Here's what changed.
Most agency case studies are written to sell, which means the awkward parts get quietly cut. Our client case studies are written the way we'd want to read them if we were the one hiring — the baseline numbers before we touched anything, the specific changes we made and when, and the actual result, even in the cases where it took longer than expected to show up. If a test failed before the winning version was found, that's in the write-up too.
Each one follows the same structure so they're easy to compare against each other. We start with what the business looked like on day one — the process, the tooling, the bottleneck that was actually costing them customers. Then the specific build: what we changed in the landing page, the ad account, or the automation, and roughly how long it took to ship. Then the numbers themselves, tracked the same way a client's own team could verify them, not a vanity metric picked because it happened to move.
Where a result depends on attribution, we say so directly, and we lean on the same standards a marketing team would use to check our work — tools like Google's own conversion tracking guidance and conversion research from CXL rather than a number we can't defend if someone asks how we got it. A client case study that can't survive that question isn't one we'd want to publish.
The full write-up below covers one of those builds end to end. If you want the same standard applied to your own numbers before we ever call it a result, the 30-point checklist underneath is the working document we'd run on your page first.
More client case studies from other categories — landing page rebuilds, Meta ad account audits, and WhatsApp automation builds — get added here as each project wraps and the client signs off on sharing the numbers publicly. We don't publish a result until the client has seen the exact figures we're about to put on this page, which is part of why there are fewer of these than blog posts: every one takes longer to write than it looks.
The framework
It's the list we run on every page we build — thirty specific checks across six areas that decide whether a visitor converts or leaves. Not a lead magnet PDF: it's the working document our team fills in on a live page.
We go through it with you on a call, on your actual page, and you leave with the list in priority order. Fill in the form and we'll agree a time that works in your timezone.
