How an airport transfer company stopped quoting by hand
Operating across 100+ cities, every enquiry was priced manually and nothing moved after 10pm. Here's what changed.
The LFC Journal · Client Case Studies
Full client case studies of the projects we've shipped — what the business looked like before, what we changed, and what moved after. No stock statistics, no rounded-up percentages — the actual before-and-after from a live account.
Every one of these client case studies is written from the same brief: what broke before we started, what we built, and what the numbers looked like once it shipped. Some are landing page rebuilds, some are AI automation systems, some are ad campaigns that needed a page to catch up with them. If you want the same kind of write-up done on your own project, the framework below is where every engagement starts.
Most agency case studies are marketing copy dressed up as evidence — a logo, a vague quote, and a percentage with no baseline attached. Our client case studies follow a different standard, closer to how you'd document results for an investor update than a sales page: what the metric was before, what specifically changed, and what the metric became after, with dates attached wherever the client allows it.
This matters because most published case studies in the industry — including plenty referenced in CXL's writing on conversion case studies — get diluted the moment they pass through a marketing team. We keep the same person who built the system writing the summary, so the numbers you're reading are the numbers from the actual account, not a rounded, softened version of them.
Not every client agrees to have their name attached, and we respect that — you'll see some client case studies here with the company name withheld and the data left exactly as it was measured. Read the featured one below first: it's the clearest example of the format, start to finish.
If you're comparing agencies before committing to a build, these client case studies are the fastest way to judge whether the work will hold up once traffic actually hits the page. Look past the headline number in each one and read the section on what didn't work the first time — that's usually the part that tells you whether the team understands the problem or just got lucky with one campaign.

The framework
It's the list we run on every page we build — thirty specific checks across six areas that decide whether a visitor converts or leaves. Not a lead magnet PDF: it's the working document our team fills in on a live page.
We go through it with you on a call, on your actual page, and you leave with the list in priority order. Fill in the form and we'll agree a time that works in your timezone.
